Customisable systems: All customisable systems are built to order; none are ready to ship "off the shelf". The estimated time from order to dispatch is listed on each product page (directly under the image gallery on desktop, or a little further down on mobile). While we will do everything in our power to ship PCs within this timeframe, this is an estimate only. This, along with the information regarding Australia Post's delivery times below, should be factored into your considerations when purchasing from us. During peak seasons (EOFY period & Black Friday through Christmas into January), the estimated dispatch time for these systems may extend beyond the original estimate, although most will ship within the original timeframe.
RTX 5080 and RTX 5090 PCs: At this time there is a global shortage of both of these cards. Supply is limited, but cards are coming in, in smaller batches than normal. For this reason, we have specified a MINIMUM waiting time. This too is an estimate, based on the best information we have to hand, but we cannot guarantee these times will be met. Your order will enter a queue and be built in date order. Due to the uncertain nature of supply, orders for these PCs can be fully refunded upon request without incurring a restocking fee, while the order's status is Queued; after this point, a restocking fee may apply.

Shipping is via Australia Post. Upon dispatch you will receive a notification with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery's progress to your door.
